During November 2016,
Dr. Steven M. Greer conducted two seminars which provide a tremendous amount of information related to the Disclosure Project.

I wrote the following article late
last year about my interest in Dr. Greer's work on DISCLOSURE. In late October 2015 I happened upon a reference to a book by Dr. Steven M. Greer concerning
Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs). After finding some additional information about the book I decided it looked
interesting and bought it. Concurrently, I also decided to buy another book by Dr. Greer. The two books are
Hidden Truth Forbidden Knowledge and Contact: Countdown to Transformation - The CSETI Experience 1992-2009.
Hidden Truth was published in 2006 and Contact: Countdown to Transformation was published in 2009.
Obviously, the books are not new and despite my general interest in the topic I don't think I had ever heard of them before.
These are the two most recent of Dr. Greer's four books on this topic. As I read the books I began exploring Dr. Greer's
web site, www.siriusdisclosure.com. As I continued reading the two books and combed through the website, I began looking through www.youtube.com to see if I could find any videos about Dr. Greer and his work. I found a large number of videos that
are recordings of webinars and speeches made by Dr. Greer over the past few years. I have watched several so far
and plan to watch more as time permits. I also noted on the website home page that Dr. Greer was holding a seminar/webinar
for the general public on November 21. The title of the seminar was How the Secret Government Works:
The Most Explosive Expose You Will Ever See. I decided to attend the seminar so I could hear Dr. Greer in person,
meet other people interested in this topic and perhaps talk to Dr. Greer directly. I accomplished all of these objectives.
So what have I learned from Dr. Greer after reading two books, spending many hours watching his videos and attending
his seminar and having a brief discussion with him? That is the subject of this article. It is not easy to summarize the incredible scope of Dr. Greer's work and all of its potential
impacts on the United States and the world, but I will attempt to give the reader my perspective on what I have learned so
far. Dr. Greer has discovered how
to communicate with extra-terrestrial beings (ETs) using meditation as the fundamental vehicle to achieve an expanded
state of consciousness which allows him and others that have learned his techniques to make contact with ETs.
Dr. Greer and his team have repeatedly initiated contact with ETs in various locations around the world over many years.
These contacts are called Close Encounters of the 5th Kind (CE-5). During the seminar on November 21, 2015 I met individuals
that have participated in successful CE-5 events. In Contact: Countdown to Transformation Dr. Greer and
members of his team document seventeen years of CE-5 events. There are photos and videos of CE-5 events on the www.siriusdisclosure.com web site. Representatives of the government of France have participated in a successful CE-5 event. I have
not participated in a CE-5 event as of this date and have never seen an ET spacecraft or ET being. However, the evidence
presented by Dr. Greer is overwhelming in support of the fact that ETs are present on the planet earth. ETs discovered long ago how to control the physics of consciousness and move through
the universe at speeds far in excess of the speed of light. This is a gross oversimplification of Dr. Greer's theory.
You can read the incredibly complex details in Hidden Truth Forbidden Knowledge. Much of Dr. Greer's theory
is very hard to accept for those of us educated in conventional physics. However, it is a rational explanation
that reasonably fits all of Dr. Greer's findings and experiences. Sometime between the early 1900s, during the time of major advances in physics by
Nikola Tesla, and the 1940s, the United States government discovered that ETs existed and began to create or duplicate similar
technology. It is possible that some of the technology was discovered by German scientists during Hitler's Third Reich.
Greer states that the famous 1947 Roswell UFO event occurred when the US military brought down ET spacecraft using advanced
weapon systems with capability beyond anything publicly acknowledged today. The Roswell event was part
of an era in which ETs were attracted to earth due the development, testing and use of atomic and thermonuclear
weapons on earth. From the late 1940s through the mid 1950s the advanced technologies and ET events were highly
classified by the United States government and its British allies, but under the control and supervision by the President
of the United States and senior military leaders. Beginning in 1956 the US government's most senior leaders lost
management control of this extremely highly classified technology due to the implementation of a highly compartmentalized
security system which has become more and more lawless over the past 60 years. Dr. Greer provides substantial evidence that the US government and its contractor
team has developed an incredible array of advanced propulsion and energy systems applied to advanced spacecraft that
look like ET spacecraft and many other related technologies. Unfortunately, Dr. Greer provides compelling evidence that
the US government's highly compartmentalized security system has evolved into an illegal secret government, that is draining
in excess of $100B per year from the US government to support its activities and has engaged in many illegal
activities. For over 60 years the world has spent trillions of dollars on physical assets, natural resource development and
a wide range of technologies that are a grossly suboptimal use of resources when compared to what could have
been done if the classified technology had been applied to solving the problems of humanity. Greer makes the point
that a relatively small group of corporations and elite individuals and families have accumulated wealth and power at the
expense of the citizens of the world by illegal means. Greer provides a vast amount of information to support his claims.
For many years, Dr. Greer has attempted to get US political and military leaders to investigate the illegal activities
and disclose the truth about ETs and related US top secret programs. As of this date no US government leader
has had the personal courage and willingness to take the personal risk necessary to take on the military-industrial complex.
Dr. Greer has amassed a massive amount
of information supporting his claims that are revealed in his books, videos and website. This is a list of a few of
the videos that are available online. I have just
touched the surface of Dr. Greer's work. i encourage everyone to read Dr. Greer's books, watch the videos and explore
the information on www.siriusdisclosure.com. The impact of the totality of Dr. Greer's work is immense, if the secrecy on the events of the past 60 to 70 years
can be lifted. It will impact every aspect of our lives and the future of humanity. I hope to keep exploring Dr. Greer's work and update this article periodically. I know
that I have covered the very, very tip of the iceberg on this subject. Collectively, we all need to keep working
